How to access the evaluation version

Accessing the trial version depends on how your VR headset is managed. Expand the section that matches your setup to find step-by-step instructions:

Horizon Managed Services / Meta for Work / Meta for Education

Virtual Life Support can easily be installed on Quest for Business / Meta for Work. It is distributed as a Private App and can be used in Individual Mode as well as in Shared Mode.

As a Pico 4 (Ultra) Enterprise user it is easy to get access to the evaluation version. The demo version of Virtual Life Support is available in the Pico Business Store. Simply search for it, install it and have fun with Virtual Life Support!

Other (Meta Quest only)

Although Virtual Life Support is not available in the Meta App Store you can get access via Meta AppLab preview channels. WiFi and Internet connection required

To use the 5 fully functional training sessions, your device must be connected to the internet. The software needs this connection to register your session in our secure cloud database. After five sessions, the app will switch to restricted mode as described below.

Trial limitations

During the 5 fully functional training sessions, all features are available, with the exception of:

• Connecting a SimCPR® device.
• Generating a PDF version of training results via our website.

You’ll be notified how many fully functional sessions you have remaining each time you start a new session.

After the trial period

Once you’ve used all 5 sessions, the software will still function but with additional restrictions:

• A trial version reminder will appear during training.
• Scenario configuration options will be disabled.
• Training scores and metrics will be replaced with question marks.
• Training results can no longer be uploaded to the cloud.

Note that these restrictions always apply when the headset is not connected to the internet.
